Pest Control Services for Various USAR Facilities in Southern California   3

Background
The solicitation is for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Pest Control Services for various facilities in the state of California. The USARMY Reserve strives to maintain their facilities at a level that will give an outstanding initial impression to Military personnel, civilian employees, visitors and the surrounding community.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Pest Control Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

The contractor shall develop, implement and maintain an effective Quality Control System, which includes a written Quality Control Plan (QCP). The QCP shall implement standardized procedure/methodology for monitoring and documenting contract performance to ensure all contract requirements are met.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period, 4 - 12 month option periods, and an optional 6 month extension if needed.

Place of Performance
Various facilities in the state of California including locations such as Bell, Camp Pendleton, South El Monte, Garden Grove, Los Alamitos, San Diego, Upland, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, Riverside, Miramar East ARC and Tustin ARC.
