Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking pest control services for the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS). The goal of this contract is to ensure effective pest management across multiple facilities to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to manage pest control needs.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive pest control services including:
1. Pest management for indoor and outdoor facilities at West Los Angeles Medical Center, Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, and Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center.
2. A minimum number of onsite pest controllers during normal hours, including urgent service calls.
3. Installation and maintenance of fly lights in occupied buildings.
4. Preventative measures such as netting to keep birds and rodents out of hospital areas.
5. Control and elimination of various pests including household nuisances, structural pests, weeds, stored food pests, health-related pests, ornamental plant pests, wood product pests, and miscellaneous animals.
6. Removal/relocation of live or dead animals from VA grounds with proper site cleanup.
7. Compliance with the Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPMP) provided by VAGLAHS.
8. Annual termite inspections with immediate treatment if termites are found.
9. Provision of necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and consumables for pest control operations.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on June 1, 2026, and ends on March 31, 2027. There are options to extend the contract for additional periods up to five years total.

Services will be performed at the following locations:
1) West Los Angeles Medical Center - 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073
2) Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center - 16111 North Plummer Street, Los Angeles, CA 91343
3) Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center - 351 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
