This is a Follow-on requirement; Current contract number W81K00-22-C-0006.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, has a requirement to provide a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the personal services of 73 Full Time Equivalent (FTEs) compromised of 31 FTEs Surgical Technologists (Operating Room-OR), two (2) FTEs Cardiothoracic Surgical Technologists (CT Surg Techs), and 40 FTEs Central Sterile Supply Technicians (Sterilization/Processing/Distribution-SPD) in support of Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. This requirement will be solicited as a competitive 8(a). Therefore only 8(a) vendors will be considered.

The period of performance is a base year of 1 October 2023 30 September 2024 with for (4) option years until 30 September 2028. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals, with a small business size standard $47 million.

The solicitation number is W81K0023R0029. The solicitation will be available on/about 7 July 2023 at website (https://sam.gov/). Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and /or amendments to any and/or all documents. Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.
