Background
The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Operational Contracting Division (NGBAQ-C) is conducting market research to identify sources capable of supplying, kitting, integrating, and delivering specialized commercial tactical equipment for the National Guard Reaction Force (NGRF) and Quick Reaction Force (NGQRF).

The goal is to standardize non-lethal protective gear across various National Guard units to enhance mission readiness and civil safety.

Work Details
The contract involves sourcing, quality control, physical integration, and delivery of non-ballistic personal protective gear, communication systems, and training equipment.

The equipment will be packed inside QUADCON freight containers as part of a Crowd Control Support Module (CCSM). Any brand-name items referenced in the Bill of Materials (BOM) are for description purposes only; functionally equivalent products from any manufacturer will be accepted.

Key requirements include:
- Complete sourcing and delivery of tactical equipment.
- Ability to meet high-volume kitting requirements.
- Feedback on earliest possible delivery dates and proposed delivery schedules.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance is anticipated to be a base year with subsequent option periods.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate capabilities in multi-item tactical equipment kitting and supply chain consolidation.

Prime contractors must perform at least 50% of the cost incurred for personnel with their own employees. Respondents proposing equivalent items must provide detailed specification sheets that meet or exceed the specifications of referenced brand names.
