This requirement is for Personal Protective Equipment to be donated to the Government of Mexico. PPE includes the required respirators, masks, clothing, and boots to handle biohazard material. Delivery is required to several locations in Mexico: Queretaro, Sinaloa, and Mexico City. Vendors will be fully responsible for the importation and delivery of all equipment and will be required to submit an importation plan as part of their proposals (See Section L of the solicitation for details). Offers must include all listed items. Partial offers will not be accepted. Proposals are due to Contracting Officers (diangelome@state.gov) no later than 10 a.m. on August 30th. Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 5 p.m. on August 8th.

Background
The solicitation is for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be donated to the Government of Mexico. The PPE includes respirators, masks, clothing, and boots for handling biohazard material. Delivery is required to several locations in Mexico: Queretaro, Sinaloa, and Mexico City. Vendors are responsible for importation and delivery of all equipment and must submit an importation plan as part of their proposals.

Work Details
The contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference. The contractor is required to comply with various clauses and provide an importation plan, warranty notification, inspection and acceptance details, deliveries schedule, and invoice instructions. The contract will result in a single award contract containing Firm Fixed Price CLINs. The contract includes a warranty of 12 months upon delivery of equipment.

Period of Performance
Delivery of all equipment will take place no later than 6 months after contract award. The warranty of equipment will provide 12 months of coverage upon delivery.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to several locations in Mexico: Queretaro, Sinaloa, and Mexico City.
