Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is issuing this solicitation for Personal Financial Literacy Industry Credentials Credentialing and Related Support. The goal of this contract is to ensure that products, platforms, and services delivered are accessible to individuals with disabilities, in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

The contract aims to support the educational mission of DoDEA by providing necessary credentialing services and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Ensure all products, platforms, and services conform to the Revised 508 Standards for accessibility.
2. Provide two digital Optical Character Resolution (OCR) copies of print materials in various formats upon request.
3. Develop SCORM-compliant digital modules as mandated by Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 1322.26.
4. Maintain ownership rights over all data developed under this contract while ensuring that DoDEA can use resources without incurring copyright costs.
5. Provide technical support and training related to privacy and ensure no bias in resources provided.
6. Ensure that all online resources meet DoD cybersecurity requirements and are compatible with specified browser platforms.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at locations designated by DoDEA, which may include various educational facilities under its jurisdiction.
