Amendment 2 attached on 05/05/2023, the changes are posted below:

1. Vendors are on notice that pursuant to FAR 17.208(d), the government has included FAR Clause 52.217-6 into this solicitation and will have the option to increase the quantity of supplies by 25% of the basic contract quantity called for in the Schedule at the unit price specified.

2. Updated quotes are due no later than Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 at 1:00pm CST.

Amendment 1 attached on 04/12/2023. The following questions were recieved:

1. Page 2, it appears the header of the RFQ includes a reference to a prior requirement, RFQ NO. RFQ0000497 Furniture Training Aides for Live Shoot House Facilities which we consider a typo.
2. TAA/BAA compliance: our HW is offered as COTS thus except from TAA by default as BAA doesn't apply. Could you please clarify the applicability or if it can be removed?
   1. Congress has exempted commercial-off-the-shelf ( COTS ) products from the substantially all requirement, 41 U.S.C. 1907, so a COTS product manufactured in the United States is BAA-compliant even if it is manufactured from predominantly foreign components, FAR 25.101(a)(2).
3. Page 8, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items: could you please uncheck or confirm the following clauses do not apply to the subject RFQ for COTS products being exempt:
   1. 52.225-1, Buy American-Supplies (May 2014) (41 U.S.C. chapter 83).
   2. 52.225-5, Trade Agreements (OCT 2019) (19 U.S.C. 2501, et seq., 19 U.S.C. 3301 note).

Answers: Also, in the attached RFQ0002156 Amendment 1 Document:

Answer 1: Yes, the header was a typo and has now been corrected to state RFQ0002156.

Answer 2 & Answer 3: The two FAR clauses listed below have been unchecked are not applicable to this RFQ:
