Permanent Change of Station Relocation Software & Maintenance Service

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Information Technology Division (ITD) is modifying a task order for Permanent Change of Station relocation software and maintenance services to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Work Details
The contract involves adding two additional phases to the integration support between the mLINQS Hosting Service (MHS) and the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS), as well as the DHS Trusted Identity Exchange (TIE) process for Single Sign-On (SSO).

Phase II will expand SSO capabilities, automate processes, develop productivity reports, and provide training videos.

Phase III will automate the Accounts Receivable process for employees owing funds related to PCS transactions, requiring interfaces to pass debt information and updates between FFMS and mLINQS.

Base Year: 9/18/19 - 7/31/19; Option Year 1: 8/1/19 - 7/31/20; Option Year 2: 8/1/20 - 7/31/21; Option Year 3: 8/1/21 - 7/31/22; Option Year 4: 8/1/22 - 7/31/23.
