Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This sources sought appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on W911QX24P0093, awarded to Perkinelmer U.S for preventative maintenance and service of a PerkinElmer inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, including a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years (05/22/24–05/30/27) valued at $80,655. The current requirement similarly calls for annual preventive maintenance and unlimited repair coverage with ongoing phone/remote technical support for the PerkinElmer AVIO 220 Max ICP system and associated components, which suggests continuity in maintaining the same type of ICP equipment under a comparable service model.
