Description

Defense Health Agency's (DHA) PerioLase MVP-7TM Nd: YAG Laser, LANAP Protocol Equipment Service Maintenance and Training for the Dental Community of Practice.

Background
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking to procure maintenance and training services for the PerioLase MVP-7 Nd: YAG Laser equipment used in dental clinics operated by the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Navy. This procurement is justified under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, allowing for a sole source contract due to the unique capabilities of Millennium Dental Technologies, Inc.

Work Details
The contractor, Millennium Dental Technologies, Inc., will provide comprehensive training and maintenance services for the PerioLase MVP-7 Nd:YAG Lasers. These services include:
- Delivery of specialized training for periodontists on utilizing the PerioLase MVP-7 Nd: YAG Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP Protocol) and Laser Assisted Peri-implant Procedure (LAPIP Protocol).
- Provision of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) extended equipment warranty and software updates.
- Equipment maintenance services including corrective actions and annual routine preventative maintenance (PM) services.
- Support for both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) operations.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided at various U.S. Army, Air Force, and Navy Dental Clinics located both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
