Perimeter Wall Construction Advert For U.S. Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe, has a requirement for the construction of a perimeter wall at one of its residential properties located in Mt Pleasant.

The goal of this contract is to enhance security through the construction of a robust perimeter wall, which aligns with the Embassy's mission to maintain safe and secure facilities for its operations.

Work Details
The project involves the demolition of the old panel perimeter wall, including the removal of old panels, columns, and all debris from the site.

A new wall will be constructed using specified types of bricks according to supplied architectural plans and designs. The construction will include standard concrete footings and require the supply and fixing of all necessary materials such as bricks, expansion proof materials, dump proof materials, cement, sand, quarry stones, brick force, and water (in case of borehole breakdown).

All debris and remaining materials must be removed from the site upon completion.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be completed within 60 days from the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at a residential property in Mt Pleasant, Harare, Zimbabwe.
