The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is inviting all parties interested in the ARPA-H Performance and Reliability Evaluation for Continuous modIfications and uSEability of AI (PRECISE-AI) program to submit a solution summary for review.

Parties interested in submitting a proposal in response to the ARPA-H PRECISE-AI Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) are highly encouraged to submit a solution summary in accordance with this special notice. Submission of a solution summary is required to submit a proposal to the finalized ARPA-H PRECISE-AI ISO. No awards will be made, or funding provided as a result of solution summary submissions. A draft ARPA-H PRECISE-AI ISO has been posted to SAM.gov and should be leveraged in the development of all solution summary submissions.

Solution summaries shall be submitted through https://solutions.arpa-h.gov/.

Background
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is focused on advancing health-related research and innovation.

The goal of the ARPA-H PRECISE-AI program is to evaluate the performance and reliability of continuous modifications and usability of artificial intelligence technologies. This solicitation invites parties to submit solution summaries that will contribute to the development of innovative solutions in this area.

Work Details
The work involves providing a detailed solution summary that addresses the following key areas:

1. Summary of Concept: Describe the concept with minimal jargon and how it addresses the technical areas of the ARPA-H PRECISE-AI Draft Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO).

2. Innovation and Impact: Clearly identify outcomes sought or problems to be solved, describe how the proposed effort represents an innovative solution, provide quantitative metrics comparing proposed technology to existing technologies, and outline key technical challenges and plans for overcoming them.

3. Proposed Work: Detail final deliverables, key interim milestones, overall technical approach, alternative approaches considered, background supporting the approach, adoption challenges, significant technical challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.

4. Team Organization and Capabilities: Summarize team expertise, resources, roles within the team (including prime and subcontractors), key personnel resumes, organizational experience in relevant technical areas, government-furnished equipment available, specialized facilities to be used, and optional bibliography of relevant literature.
