Perform preventive maintenance and inspection service orders for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems at various locations in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), JAPAN   2

Background
The contract is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Far East, with a focus on providing Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Services (PMI) for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and Icemaker systems at various U.S. Naval installations in Kanto Plain, Japan.

The goal of the contract is to ensure these systems are maintained in optimal working condition to support the operational readiness of the facilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Recurring Work: Maintain, repair, and alter HVAC and Icemaker systems to ensure functionality. This includes:
a) Timely performance of service orders to restore systems to safe working conditions;
b) Development and implementation of a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program aimed at minimizing breakdowns and maximizing system lifespan.

2. Non-Recurring Work: This may be ordered through Task Orders for specific tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and related work as specified in the attached PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods including a base period starting from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, with options extending through March 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various U.S. Naval installations located in Kanto Plain, Japan.
