Description

Solicitation for an Unrestricted Firm-Fixed Price Operation and Maintenance with Incidental Repair and Minor Construction in Support of the Defense Health Agency Program at Naval Medical Center San Diego, California. Site Visit scheduled for 4 ? 5 January 2023, see solicitation for details. The base access form is attached, please follow instructions listed on the access form. COVID-19 protocols are in full effect at NMCSD. Masks must be worn within all NMCSD facilities. Personnel with a fever or other signs of illness will not be permitted to attend site visit. If Offerors do not have access to ProjNet, please complete and submit the attached ProjNet request form.

Work Details
The contract requires the performance of Operation and Maintenance with Repair and Minor Construction at NMCSD. The work includes preventive, unscheduled, emergency, and reliability centered maintenance of all facility systems and components type projects in support of medical facilities and medical laboratories.
Minor construction and repair type projects incidental to the O&M mission may also be assigned a degree of relevancy. Major repairs and construction of new facilities or facility additions will not be performed under this procurement.
