Perform OM with Repair at MEDDAC Meade Facilities   4

Background
The solicitation is for a FIRM FIXED PRICE, STAND-ALONE ?C? TYPE CONTRACT TO PERFORM OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE (OM) WITH REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DHA) PROGRAM, U.S. ARMY MEDICAL DEPARTMENT ACTIVITY (MEDDAC) GEORGE C. MEADE FACILITIES. The work includes O&M support type work of preventive, unscheduled, emergency, and reliability centered maintenance of all facility systems and components type projects as described in Section 1.0 Scope of Work in Performance Work Statement; for O&M projects supporting DOD medical facilities and medical laboratories and their support facilities in a continuous and satisfactory condition on a 24-hour basis, for 7 days per week (on-call requirement), excluding federal holidays.

Work Details
The work includes performing OM with Repair at MEDDAC Meade Facilities, Fort Meade, Maryland. The relevant company effort requires the offeror to provide no more than five examples of recent, relevant projects that demonstrate the company’s ability to perform work similar in scope and magnitude to that required by this solicitation. The technical approach narrative should address the capability for the O&M contract, start-up for the overall O&M contract, ongoing full-service for the overall O&M contract, response time strategy for the overall O&M contract, management approach to execute work described by this solicitation including home office organizational structure, allocation of responsibilities, infection control plan, quality control plan, safety plan, site-specific management plan for the MEDDAC Meade and outlying Facilities requirements, and site-specific staffing plan for the MEDDAC Meade and outlying Facilities requirements.
