Background
United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Program Executive Office for Special Operations Forces Digital Applications (PEO SDA) is located on MacDill, Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. The primary mission of the PEO is to deliver innovative, relevant, and dependable Special Operations-peculiar software and data capabilities for the Special Operations Forces (SOF) warfighter to achieve information dominance and win in a complex environment.
PEO SDA serves as USSOCOM’s trusted experts for delivering on demand software and data capabilities. Multiple Program Management Offices under PEO SDA require support for the goal of product adoption, furthering USSOCOM’s efforts to deliver modernized software capabilities rapidly and efficiently.

Work Details
The USSOCOM Integrated Survey Program (ISP) Digital Transformation seeks industry innovation in the automation and modeling of geospatial data utilizing advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision. The program requires the development and integration of functional capabilities and enhancements using mobile collection technology in support of geospatial survey collection, production, dissemination, and continuous innovation of the existing data-centric, software-intensive system.
This includes the use of automated tools and workflows with technologies to enable survey data generation and geo-registration, as well as correlation of 2D and 3D geospatial data by multiple providers and/or sensors capable of integrating geospatial data to enable rapid 3D modeling and dissemination to individual Special Operations Forces (SOF) operators at the tactical edge.
Survey data packages contribute to a global SOF-unique, standards-based geospatial data foundation.

Period of Performance
The Contract period is assumed to be a 12-month Base year starting mid Feb 2025, with four 12-month option periods.

The place of performance for this Contract shall be: USSOCOM, 7701 Tampa Point Blvd., MacDill AFB 33621.
