PEO IWS X Hardware Factory Industry Day   4

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems X (PEO IWS X) welcomes interested companies to attend the Hardware Factory Industry Day on 25 26 October 2023 at Catalyst Campus, 5801 University Research Court, Riverdale Park, MD 20737. This event will offer attendees a programmatic overview of the Integrated Combat System (ICS) Hardware Program and the Navy's Surface Fleet hardware pipeline The Foundry , the anticipated requirements in solicitation N00024-24-R-5200, and the contracting approach for this procurement. Following the PEO IWS X presentation, attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in one-on-one sessions with the Government. The Government encourages participation from non-traditional defense contractors, small businesses, and small disadvantaged businesses.

Advance registration is required to attend any aspect of this Industry Day. The number of attendees is restricted to a maximum of two (2) persons per company for the presentation and one-on-one sessions, if applicable. To assist the Government in getting an accurate head count for the event, please RSVP with your company name and number of attendees by 04 October 2023. Each attendee Day must submit a completed copy of the Hardware Factory Industry Day registration form (Attachment 1 to this notice) no later than 16 October 2023 via e-mail to David Hudson, david.l.hudson66.civ@us.navy.mil and Stephanie Little, stephanie.m.little6.civ@us.navy.mil. The Hardware Factory Industry Day registration form provides companies an opportunity to request a one-on-one session with the Government as part of this Industry Day. The Government will contact interested companies directly to schedule the session. The Industry Day includes the program briefing throughout the morning, a mid-day break, followed by the pre-scheduled one-on-one sessions. Further details regarding the Industry Day schedule will be provided directly to registered attendees.
