Pentagon Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services

The Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, liability insurance, and non-personal services necessary to perform IPM services including, but not limited to, the suppression all insect, arachnid, avian, and all rodent (including vole, mole, and beaver) populations; any other pest not specifically excluded from this contract; specified buildings and areas; all concession spaces, construction sites, trailers, officer/vehicular checkpoints and
booths, and areas under renovation. Pest populations located on the exterior grounds within the property boundaries of the buildings are included.

The Pentagon boundaries are defined by I-395, Rt. 27, Rt. 110 and the Potomac Lagoon, with the addition of the Eads, Fern and Hayes Street parking lot areas located on the south side of I-395.
