Peculiar Support Equipment to perform maintenance on KC-130J/KC130J Aircraft   3

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Derco, A Lockheed Martin company for the procurement of two hundred and five (205) Peculiar Support Equipment end items to perform maintenance tasks on the KC-130J/KC130J Aircraft.

NAWCAD intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Derco, A Lockheed Martin company.

GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other
type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open compeition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
