PCMC Service Contract for Keystone Lake, Oklahoma   3

Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, for Project Consolidated Maintenance Project Services at Keystone Lake in Creek, Pawnee, and Tulsa Counties, Oklahoma.

The mission of the agency is to provide quality maintenance services to ensure the safety and enjoyment of public recreational areas. The goal of this contract is to deliver comprehensive maintenance services including mowing, janitorial work, park cleaning, refuse collection, vault and septic pumping, and herbicide/pesticide application.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Mowing Services: Maintain grass areas around facilities and public use areas as per specified frequencies.
2. Janitorial Services: Clean restrooms and facilities regularly to ensure hygiene standards are met.
3. Park Cleaning Services: Remove litter and debris from park areas according to seasonal schedules.
4. Refuse Collection Services: Collect refuse from designated locations with specified frequencies throughout the year.
5. Vault & Septic Pumping Services: Regularly pump out vault toilets and septic systems as needed to maintain functionality.
6. Herbicide/Pesticide Application Services: Apply herbicides and pesticides in compliance with state regulations to control vegetation in specified areas including riprapped embankments and public use zones.

The services will be performed at Keystone Lake located in Creek, Pawnee, and Tulsa Counties in Oklahoma.
