SOLICITATION - PCCIE III

To provide commercially available, on-line, double conversion, single or three-phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and all associated equipment to provide power conditioning and continuation at an undetermined number of sites located throughout the world. Sections L and M are no longer titled as such or loaded as attachments to this solicitation. You can locate the ADDENDUM TO INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS (formally Section L) in 52.212-1, and ADDENDUM TO EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD (formally section M) in 52.212-2 within the solicitation document titled 00 FA8217-20-R-5002.

All queastions/inquiries are due by 12 pm MDT on 01 May 2020.

All proposals are due by 4 pm MDT on 02 June 2020.

Included within the RFP is the awardable task portion that was held at Petersen AFB, CO on February 11 through February 13, 2020. To assist in contractors proposals the government now has pictures available from the awardable task site walk on hand. The government will not be posting them on Beta.Sam.gov. The government requests each vendor interested in obtaining these photos to submit a request via email to all contacts listed within the RFP. At that time they will be supplied to the individual via DoD Safe for security purposes.

30 APR 2020/UPDATE: This update is to clarify a change of the sizes from kVA to kVA/kW. This update aligns with the other documents in this solicitation. Please see updated attachment: 02 Pricing Workbook.
