PCC5 Rental/Lease of Tent Dividers   2

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, TX is issuing solicitation W911SG-25-Q-0019 to support the Joint Modernization Command (JMC) for Project Convergence-Capstone Five (PCC5) at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary resources for the JMC's experimentation efforts during the PCC5 exercise.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. Specifically, the contractor is required to:
- Provide rental/lease of one hundred (100) tent dividers from 10 February 2025 to 24 March 2025 at Fort Irwin, California.
- Ensure delivery and pick-up of equipment in accordance with the Period of Performance.
- Maintain a tracking log of all services performed on tent dividers to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that includes inspection programs, deficiency identification methods, and documentation processes.
- Provide 24-hour customer service availability for maintenance and equipment swaps during the contract period.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from 10 February 2025 to 24 March 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at site(s) within the boundaries of Fort Irwin National Training Center (NTC), California.
