Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, TX is issuing solicitation W911SG-25-Q-0022, in support of the Joint Modernization Command (JMC) for Project Convergence-Capstone Five (PCC5) located at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California.

General Information: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The purpose of this project is to provide the rental/lease of mobile shower trailer units with wash stations, generators, and lights to include maintenance and cleaning support services. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is from 10 February 2025 to 24 March 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991 (Size Standard $9.0 Million).

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, TX is issuing solicitation W911SG-25-Q-0022 in support of the Joint Modernization Command (JMC) for Project Convergence-Capstone Five (PCC5) located at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California.

The goal of this contract is to provide adequate means to support warfighter participants regarding their personal hygiene and health and welfare during training exercises.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract.

The primary tasks include:
- rental/lease of mobile shower trailer units with wash stations, generators, and lights;
- daily maintenance and cleaning services;
- daily gray water removal (minimum 250,000 gallons up to a maximum of 350,000 gallons);
- delivery, setup, and teardown of equipment;
- ensuring all shower trailers are filled with fresh water and emptied of gray water;
- providing propane for the shower trailers;
- maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations including OSHA.

The Contractor must also provide an emergency spill kit for handling potential leaks or spills caused by their equipment.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from 10 February 2025 to 24 March 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California.
