PBL support for B-1 Low Observable Antenna (LOA)   3

This synopis is to provide notice that a solicitation will be issued for a Subsumable Contract, under the Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) Umbrella Contract SPE4AX-18-D-9443. The purpose of this Subsumable Contract is to integrate maintenance, supply management & material support, engineering & technical functions necessary to provide serviceable assets at a level of availability determined by the Air Force in support of the B-1 Low Observable Antenna (LOA). This subsumable contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 6401 South Air Depot Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73135-5911, CAGE 78JW8. The contract will be structured to be paid by Price Per Flight Hour (PPFH) for each of the seven (7) Depot Level Repairable (DLR) NIINs contained in the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) document). The terms and conditions of basic umbrella contract, SPE4AX-18-D-9443 apply to this contract and all orders placed under it. In the event SPE4AX-18-D-9443 is terminated or cancelled, so too will this subsumable be terminated or cancelled. The total subsumable contract duration shall be five (5) years with a five (5) year option. The total contract duration shall not exceed 10 years.
