Description

This solicitation SPRHA1-22-R-7999 is to create a Subsumable Contract, under the Northrop
Grumman Corporation (NGC) Umbrella Contract SPE4AX-18-D-9443. The purpose of this
Subsumable Contract is for Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 6401 South Air Depot
Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73135-5911, CAGE 78JW8 to meet the metrics in accordance with
the Technical Requirements Document (TRD) in support of the B-1 Low Observable Antenna
(LOA). This subsumable contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Performance Based Logistics
(PBL) contract.

Background
This solicitation SPRHA1-22-R-7999 is to create a Subsumable Contract, under the Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) Umbrella Contract SPE4AX-18-D-9443. The purpose of this Subsumable Contract is for Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation to meet the metrics in accordance with the Technical Requirements Document (TRD) in support of the B-1 Low Observable Antenna (LOA). This subsumable contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract.

Work Details
CLIN 0001 will be proposed for the Depot Level Repairable (DLR) NIIN by the flight hour for each Period Of Performance (POP) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract. Provide Pricing on the attached Total Evaluated Price (TEP) worksheet.
CLINS 0002 through 0009 will be proposed by EA (Each) for each Period Of Performance (POP) as a requirements type contract. The total subsumable contract duration shall be five (5) years with a five (5) year option. The total contract duration shall not exceed 10 years. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver support for B-1 Low Observable Antenna (LOA) IAW the TRD and all other terms of the contract.

The total subsumable contract duration shall be five (5) years with a five (5) year option. The total contract duration shall not exceed 10 years.
