PBGC - Media Monitoring - MRAS

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), in collaboration with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), is seeking comprehensive media monitoring services to enhance its strategic decision-making and communication efforts. The service should provide recurring news clips reports that detail coverage on topics pertinent to PBGC's mission such as pensions and retirement issues, corporate bankruptcies, multiemployer pension plans, benefit transfer agreements to private insurance companies, and emerging trends in plan design. Each report should be delivered in an editable format suitable for email distribution within PBGC.

Additionally, the contract requires the creation of a customizable template for daily news clips reports tailored specifically for PBGC's needs. This template must include essential details such as headlines, publication sources, article dates/bylines, full-text articles where available or permissible by copyright laws or licensing agreements with content providers like Bloomberg BNA or The Wall Street Journal. Furthermore, it should facilitate internal distribution among staff members while allowing flexibility for targeted research on specific announcements or topics related to the agency's initiatives.
