The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 237310-Highway, Street, and Bridges Construction and the PSC of Z2LB, Maintenance, Repair or Alteration of Real Property Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways (includes resurfacing) with a size standard of $45 million.

Construction Magnitude: In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25M and $100M.

Background
This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Paving contract. The contract will be solicited using Seal Bid Procedures for one Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The construction magnitude is anticipated to be between $25M and $100M.

Work Details
The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and performing all operations required in connection with Paving IDIQ Ft. Stewart/HAAF, Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work includes tasks such as maintaining traffic control systems, erosion control measures, selective tree removal and clearing, demolition of existing structures, earthwork including excavation and backfilling, inspection and acceptance terms, deliveries or performance details, special contract requirements such as alternate disputes resolution, emergency medical treatment, hours of operation, material approval submittals, removal of contractor personnel, required insurance details and subcontract requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year IDIQ Paving is from 01-MAR-2024 to 28-FEB-2025. The first option year IDIQ Paving is from 01-MAR-2025 to 28-FEB-2026. The second option year IDIQ Paving is from 01-MAR-2026 to 28-FEB-2027.
