Pavement Sealing and Striping for Lower Tuscarawas

Background
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to perform asphalt crack sealing, asphalt sealing and striping in accordance with industry standards at Piedmont Lake 32665 Belmont Ridge Road, Piedmont, OH 43983; Wills Creek Dam 49320 CR 497, Coshocton OH 43812; Clendening Dam,28700 Milarcik Road, Tippecanoe, Ohio 44699 and Senecaville Dam 57005 Seneca Dam Road, Senecaville, Ohio 43780.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to perform asphalt crack sealing, asphalt sealing and striping in accordance with industry standards. The work includes crack sealing all cracks larger than ¼ inch in width in all pavement areas, applying two coats of mineral filled asphalt emulsion pavement sealer to roadways and walkways previously paved as indicated on attached maps of the project office roadways.

The contractor shall also re-stripe parking lines and handicap parking symbols to existing patterns with Acrylic Traffic Paint in designated areas. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm eastern time excluding government holidays. The contractor is responsible for site clean-up and restoration upon completion of work each day as well as at the completion of the job. The contractor shall personally supervise the work or have a designated Contractor Representative on site at all times work is being performed under this contract.

Period of Performance
Contractor will have 15 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed to start work. Work shall be completed within 30 calendar days from commencement of work.
