Background
The solicitation is for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction, with a total small business set-aside. The IDIQ is to be based on a general Statement of Work (SOW) further defined in individual Task Orders. The estimated program value for all task orders to be placed over the five (5) year ordering period of the resulting contract will be $9,000,000.00. The minimum dollar value of each task order is $2,000.00 and the maximum dollar value of each task order is $750,000.00.

Work Details
The work to be ordered under this contract will include a broad range of street, parking lot, and airfield striping at various locations including roads, streets, driveways, parking lots on JBLM and YTC, active runway, taxiway, and parking ramps at Gray Army Airfield on JBLM-Main and McChord Airfield at JBLM-McChord Field. The types of surfaces to be marked are concrete and asphalt. The tasks include painting, repainting or restriping pavement markings, applying thermoplastic to replace or repair reflectorized markings, installing or removing raised reflective markings, painting parking lot stalls and stripes, providing certified traffic control personnel during construction adjacent to or on streets.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is the period between the Task Order Notice-to-Proceed and the time when all work under the Task Order is completed. The Period of Performance will be negotiated for each Task Order.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the construction projects will be performed include JBLM and YTC for various roads, streets, driveways, parking lots; Gray Army Airfield on JBLM-Main; McChord Airfield at JBLM-McChord Field.
