The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Operations Directorate, Asset Visibility Division (COA), has a requirement to provide airfield and/or roads and parking pavement condition index (PCI) evaluations and corresponding analysis and report at various Air Force installations in the Continental United States and overseas.

The contractor shall provide site evaluation and analysis in support of infrastructure condition assessments. The contractor shall provide technical expertise, labor, travel and all materials required to verify and/or update the pavement inventory and conduct ASTM level PCI inspections to document specific distress on the airfields and/or roads and parking areas at the installations in-accordance-with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (RFQ Attachment 1). As part of this effort, the contractor will create or update the PAVER pavement management system database, generate PCI reports for use as planning data for maintenance, repair, and construction, and generate a separate report for the airfield and/or the roads and parking networks for each of the sites as outlined in the PWS.

Background

Work Details
