Background
The Naval Special Warfare Command - Group FOUR (NSWG4) is seeking to repower Patrol Boat Lights (PBLs) to enhance their operational capability and readiness. This contract aims to ensure that the patrol boats are equipped with reliable and efficient outboard engines, which are critical for their mission.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, tools, parts, supervision, and other items to perform the following tasks:

1. Remove 12 outboard E-tec motors, engine controls, oil tanks, gauges, and pumps from six PBLs.

2. Install 12 Yamaha 150 hp outboard engines (6 F150XC and 6 LF150XC), with each craft receiving two engines (1 F150XC and 1 LF150XC).

3. Install Yamaha dual twin engine binnacle controls (6 units), wire harnesses (12 units), Command Link round gauge kits (6 units), twin switch assembly panels (6 units), and control cables (6 units).

4. Install aluminum props (12 units of 14-1/2” X 17M).

5. File warranty and provide all OEM documents.

The contractor must also comply with hazardous material regulations and conduct operational testing of the installations prior to acceptance.

Period of Performance
The completion of work will be no more than 30 business days from the delivery of necessary components required for repair.

Place of Performance
All repairs shall be conducted at the contractor's facility, with delivery and pick-up of the PBLs occurring one at a time.
