Description

The Synopsis was posted under Notice ID H922740-22-R-0002 on 21 January 2022.

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for the acquisition of supplies and services to purchase, support, train, and maintain the Patriot3 (brand name) Marine Jet Boot diver propulsion systems (JBDPS) and associated accessories and replacement items. This will be fulfilled with the establishment of a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract issuing Firm Fixed Priced Delivery Orders with an overall maximum value of $10,000,000.

The sole source acquisition was conducted in accordance with 141 USC(e)1(B)(i), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government awarded the contract to Patriot3 Inc.
