Amendment 0002

Amendment two (2) has been released to revise PART II, Prior Experience Factor at 52.212-1 ADDENDUM and 52.212-2 ADDENDUM, replace the originally attached PWS with a new version named " PWS Airport Shuttle Service 16 May 2022 Rev2 (see changes under para. 2 and para. 5), and replace the originally attached Price List with a new version named " AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES PRICE LIST Rev2 to reflect change of Line Item 0002 description. For your convenience, mentioned changes are yellow highlighted in the enclosed documents.

The aforementioned changes reflect answers to the questions provided during the site visit. To this regard Questions and Answers paperwork is duly attached.

Amendment 0001

Amendment one has been released to correct the offer due date which for a system glitch was set up to 01 Aug 2022 04:00 AM INSTEAD OF 12 Sep 2022 03:00 PM

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The contractor shall provide commercial 8 passenger minivans with driver, 15 passenger minibuses with driver, and 52 passenger buses with driver to transport visitors to/from the customer's location from/to Venice/Marco Polo airport, Italy. The typical Aviano Base customer's arrival/departure locations are on Base (Area F), at Temporary Lodging Facilities (TLF) and Mountain View Lodge, or within a range of 10km far from such locations. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) enclosed Performance Statement of Work (PWS) and IAW Italian Legislative Decree (D.Lgs.) n.285, 30 April 1992, and subsequent modifications (s.m.), Italian D.P.R. n.495, 16 December 1992 s.m., the following main Italian regulation:

• Transportation of more than 9 people, driver included: Italian D.lgs. n.395, 22 December 2000 s.m.; Italian Ministerial Decree n.161, 28 April 2005 s.m.; Italian Law n.218, 11 August 2003 s.m.; Friuli Venezia Giulia Law n.22, 18 August 2005 s.m.;
• Transportation up to 9 people, driver included: Italian Law n.21, 15 January 1992 s.m.; Italian Law n.12, 11 February 2019 s.m.; Friuli Venezia Giulia Law n.27, 5 August 1996 s.m.;

and any additional and applicable National, Regional, Local, Laws/Codes, and safety standards dictated by most current Italian/European laws and directives.

SITE VISIT

An optional Pre-quotation Conference and Site Visit are planned for 9 AUGUST 2022, at 13.30 P.M. local time and will be held at Aviano AFB, Italy. All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend and are encouraged to inspect the sites where the services are to be performed.
