Patrick Space Force Base Howl at the Moon Event

Background
The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for FY25 Howl at the Moon Event. The Contractor shall deliver, set and strike all equipment for the event.

Work Details
EVENT: 2024 Howl At The Moon Event
PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Event Time: Friday, 25 October 5-9pm
Set-up date time: Thursday, 24 October NLT 12pm
End date time: Friday, 25 October 9pm
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Manatee Cove Golf Course/Marina Complex, (876 Marina Rd. PSFB, 32925)
SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide the following equipment:
1. Flying Dutchman
a) Technical specifications:
i. Must be a ship ride
ii. Must be a minimum of 14’ x 25’ x 18’
iii. Must be able to accommodate at a minimum up to 12 riders per cycle
iv. Must include an equipment operator, generator to power and safety fencing
2. Mausoleum Slide & Obstacle Course
a) Technical specifications:
i. Must be a minimum of 20’ x 45’ x 24’
ii. Must include and obstacle course with coffins, skulls, tombstones, skeletons, bats and Jack-O-lanterns
iii. Must have fog special effects
iv. Must have painting of a graveyard, haunted mansion and skeletons
v. Must include an equipment operator and generator to power
3. Extreme Inflatable Laser Tag
a) Technical specifications:
i. Must be a minimum 35’ x 35’ x 9’
ii. Must be multiroom
iii. Must accommodate up to 10 players at one time.
iv. Must include an equipment operator, generator to power, and laser tag equipment
