Description

The 763rd ESS is conducting market research to determine qualified, experienced, and interested businesses to continue sustainment, operations, and maintenance support for PMI-ATS. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Air Force (AF) to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.

The 763rd ESS is seeking information for potential sources to provide ongoing support and maintenance of the PMI-ATS hardware and software (Conexus Plexus Vision IS) along with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) needed to support the PMI Program Management Office (PMO). The contractor shall support and maintain the PMI-ATS version 2.x system currently deployed.

Conexus Plexus Vision Information System (IS), a commercially off-the-shelf (COTS) software platform that enables tracking and management of assets using multiple technologies including Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), wireless Real-Time Locating Systems (RTLS), and barcode. Plexus offers the capability of real time asset location across a collection of facilities, as well as the ability to consolidate tracking data from multiple locations into a single enterprise master view.

Work Details
The contractor shall support and maintain the PMI-ATS version 2.x system currently deployed. Conexus Plexus Vision Information System (IS) is a commercially off-the-shelf (COTS) software platform that enables tracking and management of assets using multiple technologies including Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), wireless Real-Time Locating Systems (RTLS), and barcode. The contractor's responsibilities include obtaining necessary licenses and permits, taking precautions to protect persons and property from injury or damage, acquiring all necessary base passes for contractor personnel, providing employee identification badges, completing Antiterrorism Level I Training within 30 calendar days of task order start, ensuring employees have proper credentials allowing them to work in the United States, complying with all certification requirements per DoDI 8140, not employing persons deemed as potential threats to health, safety, security, or operational mission of the installation and its population, wearing identification badges while on duty on site, distinguishing themselves as contractors at all times in communications and representations.
