Patient Ceiling Service and Maintenance   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 21, is issuing this solicitation for maintenance and service of Guldmann Patient Ceiling Lifts at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of patient ceiling lifts, which are critical for patient care and safety in healthcare facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance and repair services for Guldmann Patient Ceiling Lifts, including but not limited to:
1. OEM trained technicians must be available to perform maintenance.
2. Update maintenance reminder dates within the Guldmann Patient Lift devices.
3. Provide a Preventative Maintenance (PM) report for each device identified by equipment and serial number indicating pass or failure.
4. Complete PM for all Guldmann 3G Patient Ceiling Lifts before December 15th, 2025.
5. Provide an authorized agreement letter from Guldmann to perform maintenance and service on the Guldmann 3G Patient Ceiling Lift.
6. A letter of intent for availability of contracted services will be rated more favorably.

Period of Performance
The contract period spans from December 5, 2025, to December 4, 2030, with specific option years as follows:
- Base Year (12/05/2025 - 12/04/2026)
- Option Year 1 (12/05/2026 - 12/04/2027)
- Option Year 2 (12/05/2027 - 12/04/2028)
- Option Year 3 (12/05/2028 - 12/04/2029)
- Option Year 4 (12/05/2029 - 12/04/2030).

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System.
