Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on W81K0223P0073, awarded to the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) for Pathway to Excellence accreditation review services and fees for a base period with three option years (total value $41,250; 09/30/23–09/29/27). The current requirement similarly seeks ANCC Pathway to Excellence Program designation (brand name or equal) for Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, including standards document review, survey dissemination/review, designation decision, and multi-year registration/payments to sustain accreditation. The overlap in accreditation/credentialing activities and the multi-year sustaining structure suggests continuity of the same type of program support.
