Description

The awarded Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Task Order was not awarded competitively in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This new task order award is a logical follow-on to a previously competed and awarded Task Order where all awardees under Track A of the NASA Inflatable Aerodynamic Decelerators (IAD) IDIQ Contract were given a fair opportunity. See attached Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity Process (JEFOP) for full details of this order.
