Synopsis: The Department of State (DOS) intends to issue a solicitation for Book Personalization Facilities (BPF) services at the Arkansas Passport Center in Hot Springs, AR and the Tucson Passport Center in Tucson, AZ. This opportunity was originally
posted as an RFI under notices #APCTPC05162022 and #19AQMM19R0175.

The DOS Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA), Passport Services Directorate (PPT), is seeking a Contractor with demonstrated experience and expertise in providing facility maintenance, IT equipment and maintenance, and personnel to conduct travel document personalization to include Passport Book personalization, Passport Card personalization, Consular Report of Birth Abroad personalization, Border Crossing Card personalization, and other future travel document personalization operations using new technology, processes and procedures.

A draft Statement of Work is attached to this notice. DOS intends to conduct a site visit at both APC and TPC prior to publication of the final soliciation package on SAM.gov.
