Work Details
1. Program Design and Delivery
- Design and develop program content focused on workforce readiness, professional communication, digital skills, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, leadership, and career development.
- Prepare curricula, agendas, facilitator guides, participant materials, and implementation timelines for Embassy approval.
- Identify and coordinate qualified facilitators, trainers, mentors, speakers, and industry experts including U.S. experts where feasible.
- Ensure all sessions are practical, interactive, and aligned with U.S. leadership in innovation.
- Foster collaboration with educational institutions and private-sector organizations to enhance participant learning.

2. Participant Engagement and Program Delivery
- Organize program activities nationwide in coordination with the U.S. Embassy.
- Develop outreach strategies to engage university students, recent graduates, TVET students, entrepreneurs, innovators, and early-career professionals.
- Coordinate logistical requirements including registration and venue arrangements.
- Facilitate networking and mentoring activities to strengthen professional connections.

3. Communications and Documentation
- Develop promotional materials for U.S. Embassy review.
- Document program activities through photography suitable for public diplomacy purposes.
- Collect participant testimonials and success stories.
