Parts Washers Follow-On

Background
The Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA, is seeking a contractor to provide parts washers service. This requirement is a follow-on contract intended to ensure compliance with applicable technical data, regulations, and publications, as well as environmental laws and regulations. The contract will be funded through the Consolidated Sustainment Activity Group (CSAG-M) Defense Working Capital Fund.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services for the cleaning of parts washers at WR-ALC. The tasks include:
1. Cleaning identified equipment in accordance with applicable technical data and regulations.
2. Leasing contractor-owned machines and managing the removal and disposal of old cleaning solutions while replacing them with new solutions.
3. Coordinating with the Contract Officer Representative (COR) to verify equipment details and cleaning schedules to minimize production downtime.
4. Sending email notifications upon completion of cleaning to the Government Point of Contact (GPOC) and COR.
5. Addressing any unsatisfactory cleanings by re-performing the service within one day or a mutually agreed timeframe without additional fees.
6. Recording cleanings on a Summary Report Tracking Log submitted electronically within two business days after each month’s end, signed by both the GPOC and Contractor.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a basic year plus four option years.
