Particle Counter posted to PIEE   3

First: This is a manual posting to Open Solicitations, SAM.Gov. The official posting is within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) solicitation module. All Information will be provided via PIEE, Not via SAM Open Solicitations. Use of PIEE is mandated by the DoD. All Contractors must be registered with PIEE for access.

NAWCAD Lakehurst NJ has a requirement for Hydraulic Fluid Particle Counters as identified in the attached documents to this solicitation within PIEE. The award will be for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for up to 840 units. Beyond providing the Hydraulic Fluid Particle Counters that are solicited, the Statement of Work and System Specifications describe the engineering, logistics, testing and other tasks to be performed by the Contractor for the production and support of the Hydraulic Fluid Particle Counter. The Contractor shall provide program management, engineering, fabrication, testing, technical and logistics support and other services. The design and end items procured under this contract shall meet the requirements set forth by the Particle Counter specification NAWCADLKE-SE-PC-SPEC-001.Hydraulic Fluid Particle Counters. See the RFP and attachments for complete details of the solicitation. All terms and conditions are contained in the RFP document. All Proposals shall be submitted via PIEE.

Attachments 1 and 2 are critical unclassified information (aka CUI). The contractor must request permission to access those documents by contacting Contract Specialists Robert Battaglia (robert.g.battaglia.civ@us.navy.mil) and Derek Kelley (derek.d.kelley2.civ@us.navy.mil). Please provide your valid CAGE code. The contract specialist will authorize your CAGE code for access, however you will need to have registered in your profile in PIEE the role of a "Proposal Manager" to view the 2 attachments, and the role of Proposal Manager is also required to submit your proposal via PIEE.

The RFP was released on 6 October 2022. Due to circumstances, it did not transfer to this site when the PIEE upload was completed. The closing date of 23 November remains. All updates to the RFP shall be posted in PIEE.
