Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRRA2-25-R-0027 to create a subsumable contract against the existing six-year indefinite delivery requirements (IDR) firm-fixed price (FFP) umbrella contract, SPRRA2-24-D-0016, which was awarded on a sole-source basis to L3 Harris Inc.

The requirements for this contract are generated by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA-242 Project Office. The goal of this contract is to provide support for new and existing VAMPIRE assets, including transportation, return, inspection, testing, repair, documentation, and procurement of new VAMPIRE systems if necessary.

Work Details
The tasks/services to be completed under the contract include:
1. Transportation of VAMPIRE assets.
2. Return of VAMPIRE assets.
3. Inspection and testing of VAMPIRE systems.
4. Repair of VAMPIRE systems and related components.
5. Documentation associated with the above tasks.
6. Other support services for new and existing VAMPIRE assets.
7. Procurement of new VAMPIRE systems if deemed necessary.

The proposed CLIN structure includes:
- CLIN 0001 - Estimate to Repair (Telephonic)
- CLIN 0002 - Estimate to Repair (In-Person)
- CLIN 0003 - Maintenance of the VAMPIRE System and Related Components (Price Pending)
- CLIN 0004 - Travel (Cost Price Pending)
- CLIN 0005 - Components, Parts, and Accessories (Firm Fixed Price)
- CLIN 0006 - Program Management.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
