The goal of this contract is to provide safe and secure parking facilities for staff members of the U.S. Department of Justice, ensuring they have access to necessary parking spaces while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a total of 275 parking passes that allow access to 150 unreserved parking spaces each month. The services include:
- Ensuring that the parking area is within reasonable walking distance (less than 0.3333 miles) from the MDC to facilitate emergency responses.
- Providing a paved and illuminated parking area that meets industry standards for safety and cleanliness.
- Maintaining security for all vehicles parked in the facility, including government vehicles.
- Offering 24/7 access to the parking area for staff members, which may involve providing key cards for entry at no additional cost.
- Replacing lost or damaged access cards at a maximum fee of $25 per card.
- The contractor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the parking area and ensuring it complies with all relevant regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year starting from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four optional renewal periods each lasting 12 months.
