Project -Parking Lot resurface

The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd Baltimore MD is seeking Contractors to mill and resurface approximately 20,000 square feet of existing parking pad and to install a concrete pad roughly 25x5. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for small business concerns I.A.W FAR Part 19.502. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 237310 Asphalt Paving (i.e., highway, road, street, public sidewalk) and size standard $14 million. The disclosure of magnitude for this project will be between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c). All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents

A Pre Bid meeting will be held on 3 June 2015 1 PM EST at the base Headquarters Building #4200, site visit to follow meeting. All vendors will be required to fill out a base access form and send back to 175WG.MSC@ang.af.mil NLT 29 May 1 PM.

Any/all questions shall be submitted electronically NLT June 5 2015 1PM EST, to the 175WG.MSC@ang.af.mil.

Bids will be due 11 June 2015 1PM EST. 175WG.MSC@ang.af.mil.
