This synopsis covers a Total Small Business Set Aside acquisition of the NWU Parka Type II NSN: 8415-01-573-4593(s), PGC: 03611, and NWU Parka Type III NSN: 8415-01-573-4686(s), PGC: 03612. This is an IDTC acquisition with a base year and two (2) option years.

The quantities for the NWU Parka Type II will be 0 each minimum and 0 each maximum with an annual estimated quantity of 0. NOTE: At this time, the Government does not plan to order the Parka, Working, US Navy Type II. However, the Government reserves the right to do so if conditions warrant. The quantities for the NWU Parka Type III will be 12,000 each minimum and 60,000 each maximum with an annual estimated quantity of 48,000.

The NWU Parka Type II and Type III, SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCTRF/PD 04-09C dated 20 January 2012; pattern dated 3 April 2012.

The NWU Type II, and Type III Parka(s) are determined to be commercial in nature. This acquisition will utilize Best Value Source Selection Procedures. Offerors are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs). Evaluation will consist to PDM, Past Performance, and price. Anticipated issuance date will be on or after February 2019. Production Lead Time is 150 days or sooner. Deliveries are FOB Destination to AUSTIN, TX 78744/LANSING, MI 48906/PENDERGRASS, GA 30567. All responsible sources may submit offers which DLA Troop Support shall consider.
