Parka, APECS, MARPAT, Type II, Class 1-Woodland

This synopsis is for the acquisition of the Parka, APECS, MARPAT, Type II, Class 1-Woodland, NSN 8415-01-672-6390(s), PGC: 00103. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This is an IDTC acquisition with a one year base term and 2 one year option terms. The quantities for the base term will be 3,000 each minimum and 15,000 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 12,000. The quantity for option year 1 will be 3,000 each minimum and 15,000 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 12,000. The quantity for option year 2 will be 3,000 each minimum and 15,000 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 12,000. The Parka, APECS, MARPAT, Type II, Class 1-Woodland shall be made in accordance with MD/PD 19005 dated 10 January 2019; pattern dated 24 January 2019. This item is considered military unique. This acquisition will utilize Best Value Source Selection Procedures. Proposals submitted are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) and Past Performance. Anticipated issuance date will be on or after June 2019. Production Lead Time is 150 days for initial delivery and 120 days thereafter. Deliveries are FOB Destination to LANSING, MI 48906/AUSTIN, TX 78744/Pendergrass, GA 30567. All responsible sources may submit offers which DLA Troop Support shall consider.
