Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District is issuing this solicitation for custodial services to support various Kansas Lake Projects, specifically at Clinton Lake and Perry Lake.

The mission of the agency is to maintain public facilities in a clean and sanitary condition, ensuring public health and safety. The goal of this contract is to provide custodial services at five designated locations within these projects.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform custodial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the following locations:
1) Lake Facilities Public Use Areas (PUAs) Cleanup - Clinton Lake;
2) Cedar Ridge Campground - Clinton Lake;
3) Bloomington Beach and Day Use Areas - Clinton Lake;
4) Rock Creek Campground - Perry Lake;
5) Slough Creek Campground - Perry Lake.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in facilities such as comfort stations, vault toilets, shower buildings, picnic shelters, tables, park benches, and litter pickup across specified areas. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the work as per general commercial practices. Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws is mandatory.
