Background
The Greers Ferry Lake Project Office is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Greers Ferry Dam, which serves multiple purposes including power generation, flood control, and municipal water supply.

The project area extends approximately 50 miles into Cleburne and Van Buren Counties, Arkansas. This contract aims to provide park cleanup services at various locations within this project area to maintain cleanliness and safety for visitors.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive park cleanup services, which include restroom cleaning, picnic and campsite cleaning, facilities cleaning, grounds policing, solid waste removal, and mowing services.

The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required to perform these services. Specific tasks include:
1. Cleaning restrooms and maintaining hygiene standards.
2. Cleaning picnic areas and campsites to ensure they are free from litter.
3. Policing grounds by picking up trash and debris from developed areas including playgrounds, roadways, foot bridges, boat ramps, parking lots, camping areas, dump stations, shorelines, beaches, picnic areas, amphitheaters, and nature trails.
4. Solid waste removal from designated trash containers and disposal in dumpsters.
5. Mowing grass in designated areas as needed.
6. Implementing a quality control plan to monitor service delivery and address deficiencies promptly.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance not exceeding 12 months with four optional 12-month periods following the base year.
