Description

The objective of this contract is to provide the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) with Paralegal Services supporting the Office of Staff Judge Advocate. The Office of Staff Judge Advocate supports NCNG and Reserve component Soldiers, Airmen and their eligible family members via the Beyond Yellow Ribbon Program. The NCNG Office of Staff Judge Advocate supports Joint Forces Headquarters through the delivery of various legal services for eligible members. The services include, but are not limited to, family law, estate planning, real property, economic law, civilian and military administrative law, preventive law, and tax preparation.
